Our experienced and professional team, led by proprietor Stuart Tredgett, is dedicated to delivering excellence in every project we undertake, whether it’s a full-scale renovation, a modern home extension, a conversion, or a more modest property update or makeover. As industrial and commercial building contractors, we pride ourselves on being registered with Constructionline, the UK’s largest Government-owned register of contractors and consultants in the construction industry.
Stuart Tredgett is the visionary behind Apex Carpentry and Building Ltd, where his commitment to a warm, family-oriented culture shines through in every project, regardless of size, ensuring each client receives a personalized experience. With a background that began with his education leading him to become a joiner and then a carpenter, Stuart has cultivated an exceptional attention to detail over the years. After a significant journey that spans more years than he’d like to admit, he founded Apex, which evolved into a limited company in 2003. Under his leadership, the business has thrived, undertaking major renovations, conservation projects, new builds, industrial constructions, and diverse general building services for both public and private sectors. Outside of work, Stuart values time with his family and takes pleasure in cooking and staying active in the great outdoors.
